Job Description

Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability for one RaceTrac store on designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will continually deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, clean focus, leading talent, and driving success. Daily pay available with opt-in.

Responsibilities

• Friendly: Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experience for guests; foster positive relationships with co-workers and guests; communicate respectfully; efficiently complete transactions; address guest concerns with urgency.
• Food: Ensure adherence to safety regulations; ensure food offers are available.
• Clean: Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards; execute shift duties; clean food prep areas and equipment.
• Leading Talent: Demonstrate RaceTrac's Core Values; lead coaching, training, and assessment of team members; provide performance feedback to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED in progress or completed
• 2-3 years’ work experience preferred
• 1+ years management experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• May require food handler and alcohol server permits based on local laws
