Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for teammates and guests.

You will guide Team Members to complete duties, maintain cash and labor policies, and deliver safe, quality food with a smile. Franchisees set wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
