Job summary

Saigon Hustle - Garden Oaks in Houston is seeking a motivated line cook to join our kitchen team. You will cook and prepare dishes following our recipes, set up stations, measure ingredients, and use ovens, stoves, and slicers safely to ensure consistent quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Cook and prepare a variety of dishes following Saigon Hustle’s standardized recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and peeling.
• Safely use a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and slicers.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to Saigon Hustle’s presentation guidelines.
• Properly store food by following food safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, team members, and customers.
• Follow Saigon Hustle’s safety policies and food safety regulations.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
