Position Details

This is a part-time Shift Manager role reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, with expected hours between 10-38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Food Quality: Ensure high-quality food is served, resolve food quality issues, and manage food safety protocols including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer incidents and ensure positive experiences grounded in Aloha spirit.
• Team Management: Oversee shift changes, manage team performance, and maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Operational Support: Assist in food and coffee preparation as needed.
