Position Summary

Fresh Dining Concepts is looking for talented and enthusiastic SHIFT MANAGERS to be part of our Jamba Ohana in beautiful Hawaii! As a Shift Manager, you contribute to the company’s success through assisting in the daily operations. Your responsibility is to help manage and lead the store in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. Also, to handle issues with team members, food suppliers, and guests directly, escalate them to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager when necessary.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in daily store operations and lead the team in the absence of senior management.
  2. Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained.
  3. Handle guest issues and resolve them promptly.
  4. Manage team members, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  5. Support in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum age: 18
  2. At least 6 months of relatable supervisory experience.
  3. Availability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts.
  5. Basic math and computer skills.
  6. Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  7. High School diploma or equivalent.
  8. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
