Job Description

• Our Shift Managers perform the essential front‑line management for the movie theater and assist the general manager in duties including guest services, team member coaching and training, cash management, and general support of theater operations.

Cross‑training in Cast Member duties, facility opening and closing routines and procedures, cash management, and team member management is provided to all Shift Manager.

Generally, work tasks will include:

• Providing oversight of the operation, cleanliness, and performance of the theater
• Overseeing deposits and money handling initiatives
• Opening and closing the theater for the start or end of a business day
• Providing an excellent guest experience by proactively and reactively addressing guest concerns
• Managing team members to ensure essential tasks are completed and guests receive exceptional service
• Troubleshooting issues and communicating with leadership to improve the theater
• Serve as a liaison with the GM to the corporate office in coordinating marketing and sales activities
• Working collaboratively with the team

Qualifications / Expectations

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must commit to showing up to work on time when scheduled
• Must have a positive team‑focused attitude and be willing to learn
