Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the operation, cleanliness, and performance of the theater.
• Oversee deposits and money handling initiatives.
• Open and close the theater for the start or end of a business day.
• Provide an excellent guest experience by addressing guest concerns.
• Manage team members to ensure essential tasks are completed and guests receive exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with leadership to improve the theater.
• Serve as a liaison with the GM to the corporate office in coordinating marketing and sales activities.

Job Description

• Our Shift Managers perform the essential front-line management for the movie theater and assist the general manager in duties including guest services, team member coaching and training, cash management and general support of theater operations.

Cross‑training in Cast Member duties, facility opening and closing routines and procedures, cash management, and team member management is provided to all Shift Manager.

Generally, work tasks will include:
