Crew Team Member Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

Shift Manager Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and provide leadership to crew and other managers
• Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Plan shifts and monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift
• Meet targets and help departments achieve goals
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Shift Manager; crew members may be 16 or older
• Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and capability to excel in a fast‑paced team environment
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule and teamwork orientation
