Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to report to the Restaurant General Manager and lead daily operations. You will guide the team through shifts, train staff, and uphold Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut brand standards while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes inventory control, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service principles. You will use Hutlink and Learning Zone tools to drive performance and maintain an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory and ordering processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of shifts and lead the restaurant team.
• Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and put customers first.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and CHAMPS compliance on shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked restaurant.
• Support inventory, forecasting, scheduling, and tool usage.
