Job summary

Pizza Hut is hiring a Shift Leader to report to the Restaurant General Manager and help run daily operations. You will lead the team, train staff to brand standards, resolve customer issues using Hut tools, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling, and enforcing health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certified is required.
