Shift Manager – McDonald’s
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan each shift, monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth shift transition.
- Meet shift targets and help assigned departments meet their goals.
- Food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
