SONIC Drive-In in the United States is looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will help hire, train, and develop team members while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient guest experience.

You’ll lead by example, manage shifts, and uphold quality standards, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Join us for a fast-paced, rewarding role with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
