Job summary

SONIC in the neighborhood is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring quality food, safety, and a friendly guest experience.

You’ll help hire, train, and develop team members while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who share the Sonic vibe of good vibes and great service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
