Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations. You will help ensure fast, friendly service, quality food, and a clean, safe environment for guests.

You will also participate in hiring, training, and developing team members to deliver moments of delightful possibility for our customers. This role is a hands-on leadership position at the restaurant level.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food is served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for guests.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibilities.
