Requirements

• Shift managers lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for every customer.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards, and uphold safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with incoming shift managers to prepare a seamless transition.
• Help departments achieve their goals and meet targets.
