Legacy Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Manager at Wendy's in Kansas to support the restaurant management team and lead crew members. You will train crew, supervise service quality and cleanliness, and help execute cost control systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 18 years old with one year of fast food supervisory experience, reliable transportation, problem solving, multitasking, and a can-do attitude to motivate and lead the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation, demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
