Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. As a leader in the Food/Hospitality industry, Flynn Arby’s is known for exceptional service and flawless execution. Responsibilities

• Oversee operational tasks such as food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to ensure high-quality service
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain standards
• Implement strategies to increase sales and meet financial goals
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry
• Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
