Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for our guests and team members.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, aiming for resolution.
  • Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
