Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises is seeking a Shift Manager for our KFC and Taco Bell locations in China Grove, NC. You will lead a team during your shift, ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards.

You will supervise staff, train new teammates, manage cash, monitor inventory, and prep shift reports. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or fast-food environment.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).
