Responsibilities

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including: planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a great shift, and meeting targets. They may also help their assigned departments achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise‑owned and operated restaurants.
