Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
