Job Description

Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability of one RaceTrac store during designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, cleanliness, talent development, and driving success.

Responsibilities

  • Friendly
  • Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experience for guests
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with co-workers and guests
  • Communicate respectfully and maintain a team-oriented attitude
  • Complete guest transactions efficiently and suggest complementary products
  • Address guest concerns promptly, involving regional team members as needed
  • Food
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and food safety regulations
  • Maintain availability of all food offers
  • Clean
  • Keep the store clean and stocked to ensure an elevated guest experience
  • Execute shift duties and maintain presentation standards
  • Clean food prep areas and equipment to RaceTrac standards

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed)
  • 2-3 years’ work experience preferred
  • 1+ years management experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • May require food handler and alcohol server permits, depending on local laws
