Candidate Expectations:

• A Shift Manager is responsible for running excellent shifts and assisting the General Manager and Assistant Managers in operating an Arby's restaurant to ensure guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
• The Shift Manager guides team members, ensures operating standards, and trains and assists team members across all restaurant positions.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 25 to 40 pounds.
• This role requires pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• Effective communication through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors is essential.
• The Shift Manager will also reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
