Freebirds World Burrito is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to help deliver exceptional guest service and drive daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a small team, coach peers, and help maintain high food quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
