Freebirds World Burrito in Arlington, TX is hiring a Shift Leader to drive guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, mentor crew members, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met throughout each shift.

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must learn to cross-train in all positions
• Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk-in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
