Job summary

Farmer Boys is opening a new Tolleson location and seeks a strong leader to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will train staff, manage daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving profitability targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, food safety, and a hands-on approach to ensure quality service, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience. Prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within time allowed for the State/County.
• Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours), walk, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Minimum one year restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and continued development of FOH and BOH team.
• Diplomatic leader who brings the team together.
• Lead your shift and plan to meet sales, costs, food quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, staff appearance, safety and security, and equipment readiness.
• Make guests feel welcome with friendly, courteous service throughout their visit.
• Maintain organization and anticipate needs to avoid oversights.
• Lead by example and handle pressure with hustle.
• Prioritize food safety and train the team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the General Manager: you will oversee the training and continued development of our FOH and BOH team.
• You are a diplomat and know how to bring the entire team together.
• You take full leadership of your shift and plan effectively to manage the business and profitability (you support the team to meet sales, costs, food quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction objectives).
• The restaurant cleanliness, the employee image, safety and security, facility and equipment will be no challenge for you!
• Ensure that our guests feel welcome and are given friendly and courteous service throughout their experience.
• Detail is important to you, nothing goes by unnoticed thanks to your sense of organization and anticipation.
• You’ve got hustle! You can handle the pressure knowing when to get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.
• Food safety is part of your priorities, you are committed to the effective and complete training of your team.
