Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards are met, monitoring safety and security, tracking profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and supporting department goals.
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate‑owned restaurants.
