Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Lead for our Taco Bell location in Deming, NM. You will lead shifts with energy, resolve customer concerns, and coach the team to uphold high service standards. Partner with the GM to drive business initiatives and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

You should have at least 1 year in restaurant/retail, 18+ years old, and strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are offered.

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
