Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Technician for our 2nd or 3rd shift in the Manufacturing industry in Ohio. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, strong wiring and pneumatics skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong wiring and pneumatics knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance on all production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Utilizing knowledge of wiring and pneumatics to maintain and repair equipment.
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assisting in development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
• Responding promptly to breakdowns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Keeping detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
• Training team members on basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
