Job summary

Tulkoff Food Products Ohio LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to support production in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on changeovers, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment uptime to maximize asset availability.

Responsibilities include line changeovers per specs, documenting procedures, repairing per SOPs, and addressing motor drives, sensors, PLCs and mechanical/hydraulic components; prior food manufacturing GMP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional machinery troubleshooting and corrective action skills.
• Experience with food processing and packaging machinery preferred.
• GMP experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Allen Bradley experience (CompactLogix, SLC 500, PV+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs production line changeovers according to current specifications and guidelines.
• Improves changeover effectiveness by documenting procedures.
• Follows guidelines for timely, accurate repairs and completes paperwork.
• Performs high-quality maintenance per procedures and SOPs.
• Troubleshoots AC/DC motor drives and motor control circuits.
• Troubleshoots sensors and PLCs and related control systems.
• Diagnoses and repairs gearboxes, bearings, pumps and hydraulic systems.
• Participates in new equipment installation, validation and start-up.
