Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wooster, OH to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across processing, packaging, and plant utilities. You will support highly automated lines including fillers, case packers, palletizers, and conveyors while working on boilers, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration, and wastewater systems.

Qualifications

• Must read electrical schematics and work with 480V 3-phase systems.
• Experience with highly automated equipment and plant utilities.
• Food or dairy manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across processing, packaging, and utilities.
• Support highly automated equipment: fillers, case packers, palletizers, conveyors.
• Maintain boiler, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
• Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
• Follow GMP and food safety standards.
