Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Previous similar experience.
• Previous or demonstrated proficiency at assembly or similar manufacturing work.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills and effective communicat ion.
• Must be self-motivated and able to train and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee activities and material movement to meet production schedule.
• Maintain communication flow between departments and shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training of employees as needed.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and complete various forms and reports.
• Work with key individuals to ensure quality standards and ISO procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventories, administrative tasks, and timely reporting.
• Provide back up to supervisor as needed.
• Assist in development of employee goals and provide input on performance evaluations.
• Assist employees with tasks and breaks as needed.
• Work with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner.
• Maintain good attendance and adapt to changing business needs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure employees do the same.
• Meets minimum physical/mental requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Other duties as assigned.
