• Basic computer skills and good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily Stand Up meetings and organize the daily build schedule for the line.
• Train new hires and monitor according to skill set.
• Cross functional interface with engineering and ensure ISO procedures.
• Maintain quality and WIP accuracy; monitor line efficiency and bottlenecks.
• Coach and develop team, optimize labor and reduce OT.
