Maverick Power is seeking an Assembly Line Supervisor to manage a manufacturing production line, create daily work schedules, and ensure adherence to procedures and targets. You will oversee operations, drive cost-effective practices, and maintain safety and quality standards across the shop floor.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on coaching, reporting, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years related manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
• Leads by example through 5S Methodology.
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions.
• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.
