Job summary

Wingstop is seeking experienced shift leaders to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to standards. The role may involve cashier or cook duties while overseeing staff and delivering excellent customer service.

You will train newer crew, manage inventory and policies, and ensure proper closing procedures. Flexibility to support during peak hours and maintain high guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to train new crew members and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift and perform crew member tasks as needed.
• Greet guests and ensure outstanding guest service and product knowledge.

• Open/close the restaurant and manage staffing and breaks.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and safe throughout the shift.
