Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Process orders using the point-of-sale system and handle payments.
• Prepare subs to order while following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, and slicers.
• Keep the restaurant clean by cleaning tables, floors, and utensils.
• Communicate with team and management to schedule and train staff.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues per Jersey Mike's policy.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the uniform per policy.
