Job summary

Jersey Mike's Eldridge is opening a new location in October 2026. We seek a Manager in Training to supervise store operations alongside the General Manager, lead by example, and uphold 100% integrity in processes.

You will train and coach team members, schedule shifts, ensure safety and sanitation, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $17–$19 per hour with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food with a positive attitude.
• Input orders at POS and handle payments accurately.
• Lead line teamwork to prepare subs per specs and safety rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Schedule, train new employees, and resolve interpersonal issues.
• Address customer concerns per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain a neat appearance and uniform compliance.
