Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in a restaurant (preferred).
• Must be able to work 35–45 hours per week.
• Willing to coach and manage employees on store operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food with a positive attitude.
• Input orders into a POS system and process payments.
• Collaborate with the line team to prepare subs per customer specs, following safety and sanitation rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant daily.
• Assist with scheduling, training new employees, and resolving interpersonal issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and in line with Jersey Mike's standards.
