Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Input orders into POS, handle payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with line team to prepare subs per specs, following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, and slicers as required.
• Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and sanitary standards.
• Coordinate with management to create schedules and train new staff.
• Address customer concerns professionally per Jersey Mike's policies.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with dress code.
