Taco Bell's Team Lyders is bringing a new location to Pleasant Hill and inviting you to join a path to leadership. As a Shift Leader, you will support daily restaurant operations, help train and develop team members, and ensure exceptional guest service while upholding brand standards.

You’ll supervise crew during shifts, plan and deploy staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and coach for service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• 18+ years old or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts.
