Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture and uphold core values.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with back-office admin, inventory, and safety standards.
