Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations, help train and develop team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will help uphold brand standards and foster a positive work environment while contributing to leadership growth.

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise crews, set the tone for service, manage inventory and ordering, and assist with back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
