Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café - Shift Leader is a key leadership role within DYNE Hospitality Group’s flagship Georgia cafe. The position supports shift operations, ensures brand standards, and drives customer service excellence with flexible start times from early morning through late evening.

Responsibilities include training, supervising, hiring support, and using DYNE systems to manage labor and inventory while upholding the cafe’s tropical, hospitality-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory training and coordination as needed.
• Support coaching, training, and development of management and crew members.
• Assist with hiring and staffing needs during under-staffed periods.
• Provide support for software rollouts and training.
• Ensure team member training programs meet company standards.
• Interact with crew, customers, and vendors following DYNE values.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to customers visiting the cafe.
• Train and coach crew members during shifts to uphold brand standards.
