Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, part of DYNE Hospitality Group, is seeking a Shift Leader (AL045) in Alabama to support cafe operations and uphold brand standards. This role supervises crew, drives customer service excellence, and ensures smooth daily execution in a fast-paced setting.

Starting wage is $10.00–$13.00 per hour with full-time opportunities and flexible hours. Candidates should be ready to work early mornings or late evenings based on cafe hours and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory training as needed.
• Drive brand values and standards through training and development.
• Coach and develop management and crew members.
• Assist with hiring and staffing to cover under-staffed cafes.
• Support new software rollouts and training.
• Ensure training programs meet Tropical Smoothie Cafe and DYNE standards.
• Interact with crew, customers, and vendors per DYNE values.
• Deliver hospitality to every customer visiting the cafe.
• Be knowledgeable in all cafe positions; complete Cafe Basics and Trainer programs.
• Ensure each station runs to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards.
• Train and coach crew during shifts to uphold brand standards.
• Use MyInventory tools to manage labor and inventory.
• Perform any other tasks to run the cafe smoothly.
