Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe – Shift Leaders (FL227) is a fast-paced leadership role located in Lake City, FL. DYNE Hospitality Group, Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s largest franchisee, seeks energetic leaders to support store operations and guest experience.

Starting wage range is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour with full-time and/or part-time schedules. You will coach team members, uphold brand standards, and deliver hospitality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory training when necessary.
• Drive brand values and standards through all training and development activities.
• Assist with the coaching, training, and development of management and crew members.
• Assist with hiring & staffing needs while focusing on understaffed cafes.
• Provide support for new software rollouts and training.
• Ensure team member training programs are executed per TSC & DYNE standards.
• Interact with crew members, customers, and vendors using DYNE’s core values.
• Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our cafe.
• Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.
