Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication with guests and team.
• Good math and writing abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs of the business.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong guest focus and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build effective teams and celebrate success.

Responsibilities

• Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service.
• Assigns tasks and provides feedback to team members during shifts.
• Deploys team members to meet guest needs and maintain standards.
• Assist in training Crew Members as directed by General Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold staff accountable for performance and standards.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with systems, tools, and procedures for labor and costs.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and safety during shifts.
• Report equipment issues and performance feedback to GM.
