Job summary

Workstream in the United States is seeking a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure outstanding service. You will create shift schedules, handle no-shows, delegate tasks, manage cash deposits, and report issues to management.

You will also coach staff, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and assist in maintaining smooth and efficient workflows across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
