Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise station duties across fountain, grill, back prep, and drive-thru as assigned to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties—trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and tools, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, cleaning equipment, and disposing of used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
