Qualifications

• Experience in fast‑food or retail supervision preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow directions and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise station duties to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sanitation standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and shift leadership.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD
