Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a shift supervisor to perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru, and other areas. You will assist with new employee orientation and training, ensuring compliance with policies and operational standards.

The role requires strong multitasking, leadership, and communication skills, with emphasis on cleaning and sanitation duties. Regular attendance, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• General restaurant/retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties across all stations as assigned.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal and cleaning equipment.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
